What is BioRePeel?
BioRePeel is a two-phase professional peel that combines trichloroacetic acid (TCA) with other acids, amino acids and vitamins in a formulation designed to work with little visible peeling. At Glow By Yaz in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, it is a low-downtime option many clients choose.
Because the formulation is designed to limit irritation, BioRePeel suits people who want a fresher, more even-looking complexion but cannot take much time out. It can be used on the face, neck and décolletage.

BioRePeel can be used in two ways at our clinic:
- BioRePeel on its own, as a light peel for dullness, uneven tone and texture
- BioRePeel with microneedling, where the peel is combined with microneedling for a more intensive treatment aimed at texture, pores and the appearance of acne scarring

It is a good option before an event, as part of a pigmentation plan, or as maintenance after a course of treatments.
What happens on the day
Yaz cleanses your skin and applies BioRePeel in layers, massaging it in. You may feel warmth and tingling for a short time. If you are having the combined treatment, microneedling follows. Your skin is then finished with soothing products and SPF. Allow 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the option.

On its own, BioRePeel usually causes only mild redness for a few hours, with occasional light flaking. With microneedling, expect redness similar to mild sunburn for about a day, and some dryness for a few days.
- Avoid make-up for the rest of the day
- Use gentle products and SPF 30 or higher every day
- Avoid saunas, intense exercise and strong sun for 48 hours
- Pause retinoids and exfoliants until Yaz advises
How many sessions?
Many people notice their skin looks brighter and smoother within a few days of a single treatment. For lasting changes to tone and texture, BioRePeel is usually planned as a course, with sessions a few weeks apart. Yaz will recommend the number of sessions for your skin. Individual results vary.

Suitability and contraindications
BioRePeel is for adults aged 18 and over, following a consultation. It may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection, cold sore or broken skin in the area, have a known sensitivity to any ingredient, or have recently had sunburn or another peel. With microneedling, the microneedling contraindications also apply.
